Gert-Maria Freimuth | Vice Chairman of the Board

Gert-Maria Freimuth is founding shareholder, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chariman of the Nomination Committee of MBB. He studied economics and Christian social ethics at the University of Münster. Gert-Maria Freimuth is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Aumann AG, Delignit AG and DTS IT AG.

Anton Breitkopf | Member of the Board

Anton Breitkopf is member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of MBB. Until 2018, he was in charge of MBB's finances as CFO. After studying business administration at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, he worked in the Finance and Controlling division of Daimler-Benz until he joined MBB in 1998. Anton Breitkopf is also the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DTS IT AG and the Deputy Chairman of the Supervision Board of Delignit AG.

Torben Teichler | Chief Financal Officer (CFO)

Torben Teichler is CFO of MBB and primarily responsible for Finance, Investor Relations and Treasury. He has been part of the management team since 2021 and joined MBB in 2018. He previously worked in Investment Banking at Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers. He studied business administration and law at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and Bucerius Law School.

Benedikt von Freyberg | Vice President Operations

Benedikt von Freyberg has been part of the MBB team since 2021. After studying mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen, he held various positions at Continental AG. Following a greenfield project in India, he most recently headed up lacquer production in Hanover, where he played a key role in driving forward the topics of process organization and automation.

Philipp Ottink | Manager Operations

Philipp Ottink has been part of the MBB team since 2024. Before joining MBB, he worked as a management consultant, first at DB Management Consulting and then as a project manager at Capgemini Invent, focussing on industrial companies. He has experience in the areas of project management, operations and process excellence. Mr Ottink studied industrial engineering with a specialisation in mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University.

Dr Ralf Meinert | Senior Manager Corporate Finance

After studying political economics at the Free University of Berlin, Dr Ralf Meinert worked as a research associate at the European University Viadrina, where he also earned his doctorate. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in the International Reporting Group until the start of 2009.

Sebastian Meyer | Manager Operations

Sebastian Meyer joined the MBB team in 2025. After studying industrial engineering and business engineering in Germany, Sweden and the USA, he worked for several years as a management consultant for Mercedes and Horváth. He advised national and international companies in various industries.
