Background
Aumann was formed from the acquisition of Claas Fertigungstechnik GmbH (later MBB Fertigungstechnik GmbH) by MBB in 2012 and the subsequent merger with the Aumann Winding and Automation Group in 2015. This was followed shortly afterwards by a focus on e-mobility solutions and a successful IPO in 2017.
