Hanke Tissue is a leading producer of tissue paper in Poland, the value creation of which encompasses the manufacture of tissue parent rolls on its own paper machines, their conversion to end products such as napkins, facial tissues and kitchen rolls, logistics as well as the design, marketing and sale of these products. The company is the market leader in printed napkins. The products are sold predominantly in Europe.

Background
Hanke Tissue became part of MBB when the Huchtemeier group was acquired in 2006. Since the acquisition, more than EUR 35 million has been invested in the location in Kostrzyn, with the result that this company is today one of the most modern and efficient of its kind. With 5.92% of the shares, the local management holds an equity interest in the company alongside MBB.
