Gert-Maria Freimuth | Chairman of the Board

Gert-Maria Freimuth is founding shareholder, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chariman of the Nomination Committee of MBB. He studied economics and Christian social ethics at the University of Münster. Gert-Maria Freimuth is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Aumann AG, Delignit AG and DTS IT AG.

Dr. Christof Nesemeier | Member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Dr Christof Nesemeier is Executive Chairman (Chairman of the Board and Executive Director) as well as founding shareholder of MBB. He studied economics at the University of Münster, before earning his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). He worked in an international management consultancy until 1996. Dr Christof Nesemeier is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE and Friedrich Vorwerk Management SE as well as a member of the Supervisory Boards of Delignit AG and Aumann AG until 2022.
